Born and raised in the Philippines, CARELL GARCIA is a freelance hair & make-up artist with experience working on fashion shoots,  catalog work and bridal make-up. She is also a Licensed Interior Designer studied in St. Scholastica's College, Manila. Carell's diverse background and experience creates a unique style to her artistic talent and has the ability to bring out the natural beauty of her subject.

Her eye for detail guantees every eyelash will be in place as she is a true perfectionist. She is known for her natural, clean and dewy finish, although she is fearless when it comes to edgy, high fashion looks. She is comfortable working with men, women and children of all ages and skin type.
